A reminder that s3 m3 deals 380% of his atk every activation twice after 5 times activation and he can increase the damage if he hits the rng on his first talent which increase damage dealt to them by 65% (70% on pot 5)

Chong Yue doesn't have an inbuilt HP regen like Mountain, so Skalter covers that.

Wouldn’t Stainless s1, s3 be better? S3 if you want sp (also extra range and damage reduction), s1 if you want damage.

She’s not necessary. It’s just a huge bonus. Take any buffer/healer and tape them to him.

No, I think he just deals such a big burst of physical damage that it overwhelms that guy’s defense.

because he's scaling says "deal 380% damage" and not "atk +280%". Meaning, if you buff chongyue, it will multiply by 380% like if he has 500atk and a buff of 250atk, it would be (500+750)x(3.8)= 2850damage. If it was atk +280%, if he has 500atk and a buff of 250atk, then it would be 500+250+(500x2.8)= 2150damage. The bigger the buff and damage, the better "deal ###% damage" is. In this case, he has over 5k+5k damage(2hits) if his passive procs with skalter s2m3. I used it and its hella crazy how he can deal so much damage.
