One of the best way to build your squad, is by building them slowly & spam it at around the end of Floor 3. *Floor 1, 2, & majority of Floor 3 still doable with two 6 stars & alot of 3 stars* While at Floor 3 you must be atleast have the boss-killer, E2 will be much better. Then, 4th floors will starting to be harder, so spamming to recruit the 6 stars will be better. Starts to recruit your core operators & operators you most needed. *For example, I need Mudrock better than Lumen, so I prefer to dissmiss Lumen if I get Medic Voucher. But I will pick him if I do know the next battle will grants me more hope* After I get into 6th Floors, I will play safely since small mistake in that floor wil result in failed run. Even if I have an E1 6 stars there, but I should bear with it Tips for each special encounters: - Rogue Trader Try to get into this node because it will really benefit you. *You can be poor like homeless man, & go out like a rich person with all the Operators/Relics you get. Even only promote 1 operator is still better than doing battle that only give you voucher you gonna dissmiss* - Bosky Passage I say you don't wanna go into this floor if you didn't have good roaster because there is a chance you will *ends up in a hard event (considering Bosky Passage have alot of events)* - Lost & Found It is not reccomended to go here unless you have *bad fordatals/Relics... or there is a hard stage you don't wanna face in other path* - Scout: It's good, but don't do that if you only have one/two 6 stars that carry your run. *For example: my core operators is Młynar & I dispatch him at 5th Floor. It will be really bad if I found stage that requires me to have him, so I dimiss it instead (different story if the Dispatch at the end of the floor)* - Safe House Always choose the option to promote your Operators, but there are other case to choose other options > + Hope, if there is no promote options > + max Life Points, if you only have a few Life Points while your roaster is not built enough to survive next battle > + Objective Shield, if you already have enough roaster > Foldartals, if it's 50 ASPD one Another Tips : - Do not get tempted with temporary recruitment, execpt it is the one you use or META. *For example : I always choose Młynar for my Guard & I was getting Ch'en as Temporary Recruitment, it may be good but she's not META & I don't use her, so I dismiss her* - Don't underestimate the 3 stars. My Popukar can lanehold at the boss stage. My Hibiscus can keep up with the damage there too. Fang is always number 1 Vanguard for any Difficulty - Watch stages guides. Trust me it's good. You can watch this guy's previous IS4 guides if you wanna know the tips for each stage (even you can find more tips in the comment by RedWeeb) or watch 0 Sanity Dokutah, Director Nian, or Dracula VK. If it's emergency you can find it on Arknights Terra Wiki - Don't be a risk taker. I have do it multiple times & the chances of failing is bigger than succeced. So, it's better to take safer stage that leads to nothing rather then take hard stages that you can't beat for Rogue Trader/Safe House

I honestly dunno how to farm IS-es since it gets kinda boring for me, and i feel like the difficulty increases every IS drops. Thanks for the guide lol, i usually pick specialist (Texas/Yalter) or just defender (Mudmud, etc) but kinda struggled with dp or healing. Thanks for the guide 💯

Ah yes. Is4. The only place where I can farm materials with 0 sanity. As for me, I'm always borrow kalsit as starter. If remaining hope point is enough, bring lappland. Works everytime with perfect clear until mini boss stage

I'm at lv85 now, my strat is to just grab the Sniper+Medic squad for Typhon because she trivializes so many maps/bosses, then strong medic like Eja/Reed/Kalsit and other to hold the waves. On last snow boss i like to use Typhon to solo the right lane and guard+defender+Reed in the middle can hold the left side while also dealing dmg to the boss.

so, ive never knew you could borrow unit on IS, now i know and is constantly reaching the boss battle. though still not strong enough mostly due to lack of either medic or blocker. anyway thanks for the vids, actually shocking how i didnt know this thing more earlier

This is simulating a veteran account run though. 4/5* are still really strong when they are maxed out, which also makes the buffs from Cross--Cultural Comparison stronger since they are percentage based. Braving Nature (BN) 5 makes the run look kinda easy. I only have a couple 5/6* at mid E2 and the rest are 3/4* at E1 and I'm quite challenged at BN2 with Cross-Cultural Comparison halfway done I think.
