I'm more interested in story part. So i dont really have a desired to create CN account. Furthermore i cant read chinese and my luck is very bad. And i dont want to miss event free operators.

Why though? Global is going to catch up with CN at some point, and we'll have everything at the same time. When that happens, i'm sure you'll wish to be in the Global server instead (since you can understand everything without having to use google translate).

@@saintgeekSG mostly so I can test out future characters to save up for? Its how I want to play. I can always read up the translated lore but I cant really see who fits my strategy till I have them.

Texas talent give you 2 DP(1 at E1) at the start of the game you don't need to deploy her to get it as long as you have her in your squad you instantly get 2 extra dp at the start

I don't know whether this would work realistically but you could use Sora/warfarin and pramanix to increase silverashes damage and reduce patriots def

SKULL PAIN i think that’s the base stats iirc, he gets defensive buff that increases it to over 2000+ tho
