iirc last I heard his talent 2 stacks get reset when he repositions with s3 since its treated as a redeployment so yeah he isnt hitting Patriot with the 14k attack we see before skill activation.

It's not redeploy, he "move" To other tile so technically he didn't redeploy, same reason why his hp didn't came back when skill end

You would be right, but I’m pretty sure he’s coded to copy his buffs, like his talent stacks, but not other stuff like his e-damage

Technically it's an moment, before Ulpian step into a tile, he "teleport" for a while thus holding his buff, hitting the enemies, then when he finish that, he step on a new tile , that's when he considered to be redeployed

@@Alexander-iz4hy From what I heard his talent 2 stacks are actually bugged and get reset when you use s3 so I woulndt be surprised if he is losing other buffs as well.

Meteorite's s2 - 200 ish flat defense debuff W - stunned enemy IN W's range takes 20% more physical damage Sesa - blocked enemies take 18% more physical damage (That's part of a reason why he deployed Specter on the patriot directly)
