This is misleading. Arlo has security plans, monitoring centers, door and wondo alarms and so much more. This definitely is one sided.

I have Arlo cameras and the security system and there is professional monitoring with the Safe & Secure Pro plan. Also with the addition of the Arlo Smart Hub the cameras can be used with Apple HomeKit. Yes it is a little pricey but much cheaper than ADT.

arlo has an extraordinary all in one sensor which does 8 jobs in one.. why was that not counted here? it is a game changer

They're both essentially the same. You're able to buy the hardware so inexpensively in trade for them collecting your personal information and habits and selling that data to those that buy it. Gee I wonder what they'll do with it. This video misses the most important part about security, privacy. Both these products FAIL MISERABLY at protecting your privacy and it's OBVIOUS if simple read their terms and conditions.

Such a robotic review. Not sure that I got anything out of this. Category winner is Ring on almost everything although many things on here are not accurate. Arlo does have monitoring services.

Right now Arlo has good cameras , downside software was not very good, now a newer version is worse. Tech support is by text chat overseas. I would nor buy again now.

Not well researched. Arlo offers much more than described in security monitoring.

i have arlo for 3 years now and have had nothing but problems with them. and the batteries don't last long at all. I'm throwing them away and going to ring.

I had ring cameras and the batteries didn’t last either. Maybe a month… I think the way to go is using solar panel chargers.
