Completely agree with your view 💯 . The form and prevention of injury from lifting ultra heavy is most important part of healthy workouts. I feel since Larry has broken many world records like they have mentioned, it's okay for him to push those limits somehow but not advisable for masses like Sahil Khan said to learn that from Larry. And even conditioned athletes would find that hard to curl 120 lb tbh.
