Just watched an interview where RVJ said he didn’t train for a 4 year span (when this match took place) because of suffering from anxiety and how he felt if his heart rate got too high…look at him checking his pulse on his neck after match 2. Shocking at how naturally gifted RVJ is…this match is a screamer!

@rufussthubbins8891
@rufussthubbins8891 3 жыл бұрын
Shablé no, it will not. AAS not alter bone structure. It is however a side effect of prolonged GH use. The reason the OP recognized the resemblance to Andre is becquse Andre suffered from Acromegaly, which is a condition in which the brain is unable to stop producing growth hormone. It’s a rough disease to deal with. It’s like your body ha a faucet of GH that never stops and you end up looking like a Neanderthal. The difference between Marcia and Andre is Andre had the disease somce birth, so he grew past 7 ft because the GH was flowing before the bones fused and stopped vertical growth. Marcia, on the other hand took synthetic GH for a prolonged amount of time and developed the side effects that happen after bone fusion. It’s kindve an unsaid secret in armwrestling that the real PED of choice is GH since it can literall make your bones (extremities) larger permanently. Why do you think you see ppl like Denis and Levans ‘anthropomorphism’ drastically change even though they’re past puberty? Your hands, wrists and feet don’t just grow until your 100...why do you think larrrats hand is larger than it was 10-15 yrs ago? Why do u think the top of Todd hutchings head looks neanderthalish? Too much GH creates permanent bone changes likened to a Neanderthal (Neanderthals pineal gland were more active than humans, which is responsible for GH production) Don’t spread hate or anything with this information. It’s part of being a professional athlete unfortunately.

When he got the pin he committed the second elbow foul. Since RVJ was on a runner, when Barboza got a runner as well(during the pin) it cancelled out both. So it was no longer his second foul, and only had the original one.

Still hoping to see RVJ vs The Beast, whenever it will finally be able to take place Even though Eddie has probably 5 times more power than RVJ, and probably double the body weight I still think RVJ will win overall bc he has soooo much more experience and endurance I’m thinking Hall will win the first match 2nd will be a drawn out match, maybe 3-4 minutes. I think Hall may win that one as well, but he will be completely spent at that point and RVJ will win the rest of the matches and win overall Give Eddie more time and experience and he could easily win against pretty much anyone in any weight class He is one of, if not THE strongest man to ever walk the planet He definitely has more power than anyone else, even more than Dennis had in his prime And I bet Ed can press nearly double of what Jerry can do But will he stay with this, or is it more of a hobby for him And will he injure himself too? Probably just a hobby But still excited to see nonetheless
@hasoonnine
@hasoonnine 4 жыл бұрын
the thing is that your missing is its not just about strength and power, its about technique leverage genetics, Eddie hall doesn't have the genetics to be the best in arm wrestling
@dragon81heart
@dragon81heart 4 жыл бұрын
Hasoon nine pretty sure I said that in my comment and also said that I think RVJ will will the overall match, whenever it finally gets to happen lol I feel if Eddie could get enough experience under his belt he will be near unbeatable. Especially be as strong or stronger than Dennis and have for speed and explosiveness But all that is a huge IF And that’s also IF Eddie doesn’t scree his arm up too Already down half a bicep in his left arm With his amount of power and not much experience he could easily rip the bicep off on his right arm as well It will be exciting to see where this goes, and I hope he doesn’t injure himself But I’d say it’s a 50/50 that he will rip a muscle
@brentlionakaboldchamp
@brentlionakaboldchamp 2 жыл бұрын
Eddie doesn’t have 5 times more power than Rob, lol. Eddie is probably 5 times stronger than the average man, and Rob is significantly stronger than average. Significantly, lol. Eddie could lift more, certainly, but it’s by no means 5x greater. He isn’t even 5x my strength, lol, and I’m a lightweight. Eddie would need YEARS of training to be able to beat Rob in a match. I’m sure you’ve seen Larry Wheels join arm wrestling? He was decent, but still didn’t do anywhere near as good as many believed he would, and he could beat Eddie easily now, as well.
@dragon81heart
@dragon81heart 2 жыл бұрын
@@brentlionakaboldchamp I think you took what I said the wrong way. The 5x stronger but overall strength, not 5x stronger arms. And now that Ed has pivoted away from strength sports to boxing, while still much stronger than most, Ed isn’t as strong as he was, so the 5x overall strength is probably more like 3x or so now. And again, that’s overall body strength. And most arm wrestlers don’t really do much in the way of strength building in areas that are not really utilized often if ever on the table. I’d say in arm strength Eddie at his strength peak in 2017 was probably easily twice to three times that of RVJ, but that doesn’t mean much on the table when there is no experience behind that power. Eddie strict pressed nearly every overhead lift he had ever done, and was one of the strongest men ever at overhead events, so his tricep power is, or rather was in 2017, a lot more than probably any pro arm wrestler. But it’s also a world of difference in how that power is used. Hence why I’d think even someone so much smaller than Eddie, RVJ for example, even having much less power, would still win overall. Maybe Ed, if he is lucky and gets into a position where Ed could apply some of that power, would take one win, but that’s about all he would get as the lack of experience and the huge amounts of lactic acids quickly build up in Ed’s arm making all of his power essentially useless on the table. Larry is a good example of that. Lots of power at first and if he can impliment it he wins the first match against many pros, well ok a few pros. At least some smaller pros lol. Eddie is quite a bit stronger than Larry even now and was a lot stronger than Larry at Ed’s peak, but even Eddie wouldn’t be able to win the first match against some of the lighter pros and probably not any against the bigger pros. Now if, which is even less likely now with the boxing stuff lol, but if Ed would get into Arm Wrestling and get some experience behind that power he would be a force to be reckoned with. But yeah it would take years to get that. And I don’t see Ed pulling for anything more than a hobby lol
@brentlionakaboldchamp
@brentlionakaboldchamp 2 жыл бұрын
@@dragon81heart I didnt take it the wrong way, lol. I was talking overall strength, as well. Eddie isnt even 5x stronger than me, and i`m significantly weaker than Rob, in probably every way you could think of. He isnt even 3x stronger than Rob, either. More like 1.5-2x, and that might be pushing it. I wouldnt be surprised if Rob could deadlift at least 500-550 lbs or more. No strongman is 3x stronger than that. Arm wrestling is also a total body workout. I myself have a PPv arm wrestling match coming up at Travis`s tournament, and i was strength training before i started arm wrestling, and i`m still doing so. Many arm wrestlers are also the same. There are some pro arm wrestlers that were also in strongman events and many could bench 500-600 lbs, and overlift quite a lot. Even Michael Todd can overhead lift at least 145 lbs with one arm, and i have done 100 lbs before. Eddie isnt doing 3x that strict. Denis Cyplenkov was a strength athlete on and off the table. He was deadlifting and squatting 750 lbs. Eddie would lose to Rob probably regardless of the position. He doesnt have the proper hand strength and strength in specific arm wrestling movements for it to really make a difference. There are certain arm wrestling lifts i do that is similar to what Larry Wheels has done, and he is over twice my size, and one of the strongest men in the world. I still couldnt beat him in arm wrestling, but you never know, lol. There were lightweight guys that was beating Larry at first, for a while, but he did improve a lot since he first started, and has given schoolboy a run for his money, but still lost every match last time they went. Eddie would need to be training for several years to come out on top in arm wrestling, and he has to show significant improvement. He did think about doing arm wrestling for a bit.

Actually competition rules are fingertips to wrist, my bad. Also, elbow foul on Barbosa, can see clearly if you slow to 0.25 speed

These guys are more acrobats than arm wrestlers, considering how much time their elbows spend in the air

I'm not sure what's going on with these rules of a running foul.....im not liking it......proferional arm wrestler should not be given any chance to continue the match...theres way too many running fouls.......i saw Barbosa....lift his elbow for a pin and won a round.....i paused it on my phone and it's clear up off the pad....iv seen so many other matches from different arm wrestles.....did the same and won the match..that just wrong. It's almost like if it was foot ball and you ran off the line of scrimmage and then jumped back in to score a touch down.....THAT IS JUST WRONG........Am I seeing this right????

MyFishing Addictions have you ever pulled a super match? Average people don't have endurance to last six rounds. The rules are unique to keep the matches moving. Setting up six matches without restarts is intense then add in multiple restarts with straps.
@israelvibrations100

irishdarbykd that's what I mean a restart is better for both of them gives them a chance to save there arms....and build back there strengths.....that way they feel the FULL power...of there opponent....and real time, endurance and technic. I don't think I've ever see Devon Larratt lift his elbows jump off the side of the pads.....9 out of 10 he the only one following throu with clear pins. That Just my opinion.....

Devon has probably the most endurance out of any puller on Earth. He is the exception not the rule. He also is known as a supermatch puller as tournament format is not his strength. The winner of this match pulled the winner of another. That's a minimium of 12 starts. Keep stuff in perspective.

irishdarbykd perspective....Keep elbows down stay on Pad, Make a pin ..........SIMPLE
@seyerus
@seyerus 6 жыл бұрын
irishdarbykd Perspective is irrelevant. If you’re saying that they’re struggling with the format then the format is at fault and should be changed but right now tactical fouling is rife.
