I don't do any RP, so sorry for my ignorance, but why would that be considered a fail RP? I would expect something like this to happen in real life in a robbery situation. Mugger sees a guy with a gun and just fires.

I'm an EMT and ten gunshot wounds to the head is definitely survivable if adequate pre-hospital care is provided. It's basically on par with a badly sprained ankle.

In real life, if someone had a gun to them they would probably listen to them. But then again if they were feeling ballsey they could pull there gun out. I don't think that should be a rule, as in real life, whoever shoots first and is most accurate usually wins.

Pause at 27:01. It says on the Greek shack in the background "Molon Labe!" That is of course the famous line used by the Spartans when the Persians told them to surrender their weapons. It's a Greek phrase, and means "come and take them". I have that inked on my arm :D
