Law enforcement personnel are called to an emergency developing within Pyrgos, Altis, where the civilian population has been struck down by a malevolent disease. The disease has turned diagnosed victims into walking cannibals. Contact has been lost with survivors holed up in the apartment blocks in the western suburbs of Pyrgos. Fearing the worst that they have been killed, a team of SWAT and four officers are dispatched to locate and extract the survivors.
