The russian variant of the A-10 Warthog: Sukhoi Su-25 in Russian called Сухой Су-25, is a ground attack aircraft that was developed in the Soviet Union. It made its first flight in 1975 and is still used by the Russian Air Force today.
The C-RAM/Phalanx CIWS (Counter-Rocket Artillery Mortar) system and CIWS (Close In Weapon System) use a 20mm gatling cannon to destroy incoming targets.

I love to make these simulation videos for you and I am happy that you all like them a lot! The graphics of Arma are very good, it almost looks like in real life. Rather simulations than real war!
I definitely don't want to give the impression that I glorify war, I am just a enthusiastic gamer.
The weapon systems are of course used differently in real life, but I am happy to educate you about these weapons systems, many do not even know that they exist.Tracers are beautiful. :)

@GOLF SHORT You can keymap just about everything... Including nose-picking and farting(jk). Or leave it default. Jump in and fiddle with stuff. Plenty of sandboxing. You can line up whatever in the editor and go to town on it with whatever you want. I played it for six years but hardly got my toes wet in the campaign because I was always goofing around in the mission editor. Godspeed.

@GOLF SHORT Another fun thing to do in editor is make a friendly AI shooting gallery. (Friendlies don't return fire as quickly) I had trucks, tanks, quads, helis, and planes and boots booking it laterally across the range set out at 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 meters. Had everything in the game at my firing line. Great way to familiarize and drill yourself.

nice touch with the crickets, but I think they would be silent with all the gunfire, were the planes shooting at the cows? i didnt see much in the way of targets. pretty sure dropping flares from the aircraft wont defend against bullets, only missiles.

The sustained bright flashes inside the cockpit isn't quite realistic.. if it was from the A10 canon, the muzzle flash would be below the pilot view and not blind his night vision. If it was from enemy fire, that plane would have been disabled and crashed. Otherwise great..

The computer of the gun along with it's radar is firing where it thinks the aircraft is going to be be following the aircraft flight pattern it makes lots of hits.
