Nope, we are missing the russian test tech tree and the unannounced japanese one. As one of few I enjoy playing subs and even against them.

Guide to playing Alliance? That's the neat part, *you don't.* Also, I'm *very* disappointed to see that Wargaming has not learned regarding sub torpedo ranges....most disappointing. Keep the homing torpedoes short-range and the conventional torpedoes long-range. This alleviates two massive balance issues caused by subs (shotgunning frequency and ping/homing torpedo spam). You can change any other characteristics, but the conventional torpedoes should ALWAYS be long range so as to avoid being forced to shotgun with them as the only option. This is badly balanced and is why the tech tree subs are broken compared to their premium counterparts. Now this broken trend is leaking into the premiums 🤦‍♀️ Also, I still see Wargaming touting homing torpedoes as "minor damage" :P

no. "Submarines have only recently been announced for WoWS PC, and there are currently no plans to introduce them into Legends for the foreseeable future." check the FAQ for WOWSL that is what is says about subs

@@karaya111 I've told them what needs to be done: *Swap the torpedo ranges on ALL subs* (I-56 and S-189 obviously excluded). Long range conventional, short range homing. Solves both balance issues (shotgunning necessity with conventional due to short range and frequency of homing torpedo spam/overtaxing the DCP)
