How was Mcmeniman dropping his knees onto the Armagh player not a straight red? Very dangerous!

Two great teams in their prime.

Boy oh boy did Tyrone, O'Neill and Canavan get their sweet rewards and revenge later in the all Ireland semi final.

Tyrone were the superior footballing side on all occasions. Though without that great Armagh team they might never have made the effort to be so.

Why was ulster final in Croker that year?
@athbhriainabu115 жыл бұрын
The GAA switched to Croker as they felt Clones 36k capacity would be big enough to meet the demand of Tyrone and Armaghs support base.

Cause it brought the money 😂 only Dublin filled croke Park more than armagh imagine if the game was in ulster would have needed two stadiums 😊

Did Donegal with their blanket defense destroy the enjoyment and the genuine competitiveness of Ulster football for a period of time?

As a Tyrone fan, I ask you never to give up, as we need you back, helping us to sort out that dirty shower of Gaa south of the border!

From a long list of useless refereeing performances this one still takes the biscuit. Dirty game mind, mostly Armagh.

What despicable refereeing here! Tyrone were definitely the target of some underhand Gaa tactics

Ricey. Good wee player but a durty wee clunt.Kneeing a player on the ground gas to go down as his contribution to football that was endorsed by michael fart.

He was no dirtier than McGrane, McKeever, Bellew or Kernan. He just was not as cute when executing it.

There's a difference in a man being stronger in the shoulder challenge, and a man jumping on another mans face while he's down. Not the first time he did it either. Sure just look at how Fermanagh play now...
