For future ref: post the relevant Police Authority a NOTICE in advance -listing your schedule of fees for them to hold your property - a daily fee schedule -they wont reply to this letter and hence will be implictly agreeing to your contract. - once your property is then illegally held they would have previously been served a 'contract' ie your schedule of fees which they are now liable for...

I agree with the common man standing up for his rights.. and doing a lawful activity presents no threat to anyone but if it is police corruption we want to uncover then there are better ways of presenting yourself to the police respectfully. If when you present yourself respectfully doing a lawful activity and they abuse their powers then the law should come down on them just as it would anyone else. There is no need to antagonise them respect the authority but stand up for your rights.. sometimes it just goes too far we don't want anarchy we want peace within the community and bridges built and a more coherent lawful protection from those employed to do so.. not to mention the lawful prosecution of those officers who break the very laws they are commissioned to uphold. Take it easy people go with the cameras do what is your right to do, but do it respectfully because that will be an accurate representation of the common man towards the police in this country.. if that is done, in no time at all the corrupted officers won't be able to help themselves and will expose their above the law mentality and unprofessional behaviour on camera for all to see.
