Video on that coming soon where i’ll go more in-depth but: honestly they flip pretty different. in short, this is more handle bias and the nami is more neutral/blade so different tricks hit a little different and they feel different in the hand.

@taktyc although the nami is like twice the price of kraken do u still recommend getting it over the kraken?

@@ahmadwand2079if you’re into live blades then yes definitely or even if you’re looking for a titanium knife. if you prefer handle bias and have a more rollover based style, the kraken will suit you better if you prefer fanning based tricks and prefer a more blade bias feel, get the nami. it’s also just stunning w the toxic ano but the kraken is beautiful too

@@taktyc My v3 kraken ( the one shown in this video), another kraken with the old trainer blade, and the OG4 all from armed shark... its a pain in the ass but nothing superglue cant fix every month or 2

i would totally reccomend grabbing one of these. personally they’re better built than the vulp and will last you longer in your flipping journey. not sure how you dropped a bali 400ft but i’m sure your vulp isn’t completely dead keep trying to take it aoart

they are NOT selling the “same product”. that authentic kraken will last you a lifetime, but that AS clone won’t even last a few years.

@@parakeet10 I agree but kraken definitely won’t last a lifetime. The main dffrerenve will be how long the hardware lasts. If you converse then to SS washers maybe but then they still won’t last forever. I agree that off the bat though the kraken will last longer than the clone

@@taktyc by “last a lifetime” i mean that if you take care of it , then it will, in every aspect (other than the washers, but those don’t count because you have to replace those in every balisong after a while) last you a lifetime

@@parakeet10 sure but then in the same manner I don’t see why the armed shark wouldn’t either with the same care being taken. Materials are identical, the quality of machining is inferior sure but taken care I feel like they would probably match up pretty well against each other. Maybe cosmetically the squid will fare better but I doubt it will be significant enough to justify the 5x price tag
