I'd imagine both of these nations you speak of would prefer things to be that way. But the issue is Armenia has territorial claims on 3 out of it's 4 neighbors. When you have territorial disputes on nearly everyone in the region, it is a bit tough for any of those nations to have normal relations with you. This isn't a rocket science. It isn't just Turkey and Azerbaijan Armenia is taking an aggressive territorial stance with. Armenia has also made territorial claims on Georgia as well. This is not a good situation for the entire region. This nation needs to learn how to get along with it's neighbors. But I do applaud their stance on Palestine regardless of why they're doing it.

Israel did the same thing during the war with Azerbaijan in the early 90s. They would fly over Armenia with recognizance planes and tell the Azeris where to bomc. Azeri caaptured soldiers were found packs of military rations made in Israel. Mist likely supplied them with weapons too, but they lost just the same, because they didn't have Turkey, Pakistan and Syrian jihadis helping them.
