Armie Hammer's aunt opens up about her family's dark past

The Discovery+ docuseries "House of Hammer" begins with the rise and fall of Armie Hammer before examining how the bad behavior of men in his family helped to shape his path. The family's patriarch and Armies’s great-grandfather, Armand Hammer, made a fortune running the oil company Occidental Petroleum in the '70s and '80s. Armie's aunt, Casey Hammer, tells Yahoo Entertainment's Brittany Jones-Cooper that the constant fight for power and approval tore her family apart, and explains that the Hammer empire was a million times more dysfunctional than the Roy family from the hit HBO show Succession.

Thank you, a short and concise overview. However, some images flash by so quickly, that one hardly gets a chance to see who is on them, while others linger a bit, thakfully. Why not synchronise some images to give us a chance to see who is on them? The bravery of this woman is so powerful that I hope it is some sort of comfort that she is finally being heard and is helping others because of it. Kudos to her!

I doubt this family is the only eealthy elite family involved in this. I bet almost all the elites do this and worst, I mean bankers, CEOs, billionaires, royals, Hollywood etc. Who knows what the proper in power positions had to do to get there.

I was going to visit/photograph the buildings of the United World College in Montezuma New Mexico, and I had to refresh my memory RE Armand Hammer (philantropist). Came across this TV series. So I discovered that some of the women who grew up in a family where the control was "only" psychological could virtually consider themselves "happy" then (sarc.). I can imagine that having kids would raise concerns that both genetics and environment would perpetuate themselves. Wondering whether any of the daughters broke the trend...by making career choices mostly chosen by males.
