This video is about building an ARMIN WING from the most common and affordable material in my area - underlays for laminate. This material has less rigidity compared to foam board, depron or ceiling tiles, and therefore requires additional reinforcement. This led to some complication of the technology and the addition of reinforcing elements, but the fundamental design of the wing remained the same.
As a prototype, I use a completely dismountable modification of the @AeroStuffFPV aircraft, which you can build with your own hands from scrap materials following video tutorials: • Video

У этой модели центр масс, центр давления и двигатель расположены слишком близко к одной продольной оси самолёта, чтобы вектор тяги мог создавать сколько-нибудь заметные паразитные моменты. Если летать в ручном режиме, то чтобы лишний раз не работать триммером для компенсации изменения тангажа из-за увеличения/уменьшения подъемной силы, можно было бы сделать выкос по результатам облёта в безветренную погоду. Но в этом нет никакого смысла если использовать стабилизацию полётного контроллера, что я чаще всего и практикую на этом самолёте.

Construcion of the wing is looking solid and sturdy! Have you tried doing aerobatics with this plane? It can take some G's for sure! Btw, any plans for landing gear or dropping mechanism?

A wing with a thin profile is not suitable for aerobatics. A model with a thin wing accelerates strongly during a dive, and its aerobatics turns out to be uneven. It is much more difficult to control a model with a thin profile wing (11-12%), since such a model reacts sharply to the deviation of the control surfaces and its flight is not smooth. I do not plan to mount the landing gear yet, since there is no suitable place for landing on the landing gear nearby.

I agree, this type of plane can accelerate really quick and glide pretty far away. Do you consider building a new type of EA's style plane?

Характеристики с моими модификациями и электроникой: Размах: 1,6 м Взлетный вес: 1,5 кг Мотор: DYS D3536 1000KV Регулятор: Hobbywing Skywalker 50A Пропеллер: APC 11×7E Полётный контроллер: ZOHD Kopilot Lite Сервоприводы: EMAX ES08MAII Батарея: Li-Po 3S 5200 mAh Полётное время: около 30 мин в крейсерском режиме. Размеры разверток крыла, фюзеляжа и стабилизатора (некоторые даны в дюймах) вы найдете в обучающем видео перейдя по первой ссылке в описании. Если вы фюзеляж не будете делать из двух частей, а потом их соединять, то длина заготовки должна быть 900 мм.

What adhesive do you use? Is it a contact cement of some kind?

This is Titan adhesive for ceiling tiles. Dried layers of this glue have strong residual adhesion when in contact with each other. Another example of a contact adhesive is UHU Por.

А можно узнать ширину хорды крыла без элеронов, и ширину элеронов.А так же на стабилизаторе.Спасибо!

Длина хорды прямоугольного крыла 7 дюймов, до элеронов 5". Ширина элеронов без сужения и выреза под фюзеляж 2". Длина хорды стабилизатора в корне 6", на концах 3,5". Ширина управляющих поверхностей 1,5".

Foam plastic 5 mm thick. This could be foam board, depron or laminate flooring underlay. In this version it is a laminate flooring underlay.

Essentially, this is cold lamination with colored tape followed by ironing in some places.

@@mdmuntaharul6795The thickness of the laminating film should be about 100 microns. This is an office film, it is used for laminating documents, photographs, cards, etc.

Пенопласт толщиной 5 мм. Это может быть пенокартон, депрон или подложка под ламинат. В данном исполнении это подложка под ламинат.

Лучший способ сохранить воздушный винт и самолет в целом - приземлиться с выключенным двигателем в достаточно высокую траву. Но если выбора нет, а летать все же хочется, то советую отключить тормоз в настройках ESC и не ставить на зеро в рулетке :)

А складной винт пробовали ?

@@alexalex6044 Диапазон доступных складных пропеллеров значительно меньше. Хотелось поэкспериментировать с шагом. Из трех APC 11х5,5, 11х7 и 11х8 наиболее оптимальным оказался второй. Если бы это был паритель, я бы, наверно, нашел складной.
