As much as i hate to say it, armored core skipping a console generation when the series wasn't doing well was a good call. They polished their craft and built up a hunger for the game. Idk how well it's going to do but rubicon and armored core will never get a better shot for attention

Can I just say that Karl Urban could not possibly have been paid enough to bring his A-game to this, but (with a mere 30 seconds of dialogue) he did it anyway... because he always, always brings his A-game. This man has no ego and I have nothing but respect for him. We need him to lead an AC series now.

To me at least, Karl seemed like he was a little bit checked out. Mayhap it was just the direction the trailer took, but it felt like it was missing the usual gravitas he brings when he's on film.

I love that ads like this are dropping just before the release and as reviews are dropping. Fromsoftware didn't build up an overblown hypetrain for their game before launch, they actually kept quiet and worked on it.

I think it's odd that the actor is doing a tough guy attitude, hyping us up for a tough road ahead, but seeing what is supposed to be a human in AC world would be such a welcoming shock, because everything else in the world is cold steel, fiery destruction, lives as business and not a shred of humanity left.

Yeah, people keep saying, "Wow, Butcher telling me to play AC6? Hell yeah!" and I'm thinking, "This guy ain't Butcher. There's barely even a hint of his accent left here."
