With Paul, they weren’t going to cut him in as an equal on all the old stuff, and they weren’t really making that much money with the 2 disastrous Stomp and Vol 8 records. Those records are ok, but the band was trying to find their sound and the label went out of business, so what they could offer Paul, he was able to make more just working at his studio.

@@sarcophage I think you're talking about something different. He was with them for a while, he played all the shows, worked on the albums, they took pictures as a 4 piece as if he didn't exist. They don't have to make him a partner to acknowledge him as a member of the band. Look at the lead guitarist they have now, do you think he's an equal member? No, but they don't tell him to stand in the corner when they're taking pictures or forget his name when they're doing interviews. John has already talked about working with Paul when he does the Anthrax songs live. I hope it happens.
