Also MD for the EU but it depends on whether you unify Europe under the current tag or just boost the benefits of membership and change everyone’s flags which isn’t necessary irl but mechanically speaking if you go decentralized the other countries obviously keep the benefits of their own focus trees especially Italy and France assuming one of the two is federalizing the EU. Like maybe if it was sectors where the big countries with focus trees absorb the generic ones and they all share tech, stockpiles and templates.

I suspect what might be happening is that Poland really suffers from equipment shortages, so I think them having the ability to buy the necessary equipment to fill their initial supply gaps is making their starting army much more powerful than it was previously

I'd have to say outside the cliche winter war experience as Finland. Norway (got early access) is probably my favorite so far due to how unexpected playing them is compared to how predictable the others can get in comparison.
