Жыл бұрынVinh is way way too strong. He is levels stronger than me. I didnt even deserve the strap , but i asked and he graciosuly accepted the strap. even in the strap he was too much!!
Off the table he is a gentle giant, and actually helped me with some elbow isolation training. Later in the video we had an after-pull and even then he let me get some good hits in. class act indeed. I would love to come back and train with this rising 21 year old stud.
