Ooo nice! 🩷 Yes it’s surprisingly tricky! I used ultimate guitar to find the chords, and that helped me loads. :)

I listen to the song and play what I hear. I find out what the basic chords and vocal parts are first and build it up from there.

I know you specified you learnt by ear, but did you later transcribe sheet music for it or it's all just by memory?

I played it from memory, unfortunately I don’t know how to transcribe music into sheets so it’s not written down.
