That was quite a surprising video, with a slight twist at the end. I must say, there's a few way things that I could suggest to change, but this is just my personnal opinion. The first thing is the character's design. Some people have a preference for the black outline, but I must say I love the blue outline for the white clothing! I do suggest for the armor design, to make it seems more like an actual armor, and avoid neon color, as they rarely belongs on an armor. The next thing is the lack of poses, social cues and simple animation by frame. Those involves pretty much a more unique pose, more changing and meaningful expression. Of course, smalls animations, when turning around in a more natural way, or a a mouth that is more moving could make it quite interesting! Those might take 10 seconds from your time, but it'll leave less akward pauses between the lyrics. The next, it is a question more about logic. Unfortunatly "Gacha Logic" is a long used excuse. Those logics flaws could be, at how well the protagonist wields a sword whem she never used one before. Why did her eyes turned red? Is it attached to her emotions? If yes, make it more obvious. The mask is barely hiding her face, but her outfit and hair isn't any different. If the antagonist wants it, why so? Does she has any power that no one knew for the plot? I do suggest to always question your story, as it might help yo.
