Get me Jose, two year contract, nothing crazy and give him a run with this squad Theres a real villain arc there that needs fulfilling. Everybodys written him off, thrown him away as a great manager And hes ready to take somebody to the title from absolutely nowhere and stick his finger up to them. @@tubedout5 born and bred my mate, Grew up in Bootle. Feelings don’t matter in football, and Jose’s a winner. I’m not saying give him a 5 years contract. Give him a couple years, a rebirth into football and watch him flourish at Liverpool.

My top 2 are Emery and Tuchel. Both winners, both have won as the underdogs, both have Premier League experience.

Would be extremely difficult to get Emery out of Villa. Their owners are very ambitious. Tuchel is probably the best on paper, but like Conte and Jose he tends to come equipped with a flamethrower.

@@francisbartoszewski2284 I actually completely agree, and I think Bayerns problems are not on him too. But I do think he likes to have power and control over things at clubs, and with Liverpools structure I don’t think he will get that. And you have to admit - when things don’t go well he does turn volatile.

When Jürgen announced his new extension, I knew he would be leaving at the end of this season. My first pick at that time was Serena Weigman with Pep Ljinders as her assistant. She’s a master of Cruyff’s Total Football philosophy. She fits The Liverpool Way, very well. However, she’s not available now and Pep is going too. I think someone who fits Liverpool is Thomas Frank. Plays really attractive football, someone who will continue the philosophy of The Boot Room, someone who will give academy players a chance and someone who will work with the women’s structure as he has done at Brentford. We’ve got a huge history and fan base in Denmark. I’d love to seem him in charge of the men’s team with Natasha Dowie is his assistant. YNWA

Pep Lijnders was the right choice but looks like being someone Slot whoever he is! Hopefully whoever comes in fails and we can tempt Klopp back. The only one with the balls to work with a lower net spend than the other big teams.

Xabi staying at Leverkusen instead of going to any one of the 3 biggest clubs in the world who are all begging him for his service, is absolutely courageous. Half of his squad could be out injured next season or they could choose to act in self interest and jump at a big move themselves, nobody knows what the future holds. It takes massive massive balls to essentially bet on himself and the idea that his stock will be just as high this time a year from now when he's just won the league.
