I have bought the three RELOADED booklets, yesterday at Partizan, the RF guys were there selling their latest reloaded booklet …. Crete. It looks lovely. I picked up some Bren carriers and British inf (1/72) to get started.

Nice table! Good luck with the treatment. Make sure you take the rulebook to read whilst you wait for your treatment. I always find reading some good rules relaxing.

Wow it all looks so wonderful. So much detail and instantly recognizable. One suggestion on the pronunciation of Oosterbeek, you would be closer if you say it starting with the "o" sound from "boat" - i.e., "Oaster - bake"

Thanks Adam. I’ve now had better news. The radiotherapy and chemo have delivered a good result and I’m now being placed on a four monthly scan and review programme. All the best to you and your pal. Thank you again for your good wishes.

Oh that’s wonderful news! He’s had a week off from chemo and I’ll be visiting tomorrow. Market Garden has been a favorite subject of our wargaming for over 20 years. We both love your table!

@@KenHanning57 long time since I played Rapid fire the old market garden book was inspiring still dig out my rf2 rules for inspiration but mostly play Chain of command ATM.

@@McQuag RFR is a great simple modernisation of the old books. I’ve tried CoC but not for me I’m afraid, not a grand enough scale!

Fabulous table and very big. A question about the dimensions how do you manage to reach the middle of the table as it's a 3 foot reach. I planning a 10 foot by 5 foot table but would like to have it a little wider and wondered if you had any tips or maybe it's just because I a little short.

Thanks Martin. It’s certainly a stretch but it’s ok. I have a couple of friends who also use six foot wide tables and do so happily. But it depends upon your reach and what you are comfortable with. It’s all great fun!

I'm just about to get a new shed so would be interested in you doing an "off the table" tour of your man cave as I need some inspiration for storing buildings and tiles. Still not going to be anything like like your size room though. Keep strong 🙏
