It Is a great fishing spot Mandy, however you will have to experience the fishing there for yourself to appreciate it.

Just looking at how well maintained the marina is, how can they afford it,who pays for it

The Cleve council puts in a lot of time and effort to maintain the Marina however in saying that the locals also have a recycling scheme going and the money from that also helps to maintain the Marins and surrounding areas.
