That’s from the house he and his wife owned. The first pic is the house he’s in now. It’s crazy big idk how you’d live in something like that it’s fuckin 15,000sq ft. That’s like 9 of my house 🤣😂 and I live alone and my daughter stays here occasionally. Remember these are the same people telling us we need to chill cause climate change but live way more outta touch than we do. Imagine the electric bill. I looked up the address. His proper tax last year was 168k. To cool that place off he prolly pays 20k a month. My parents house is 2k sq ft with a pretty large pool and in the summer this past couple months in Cali paid around 1k just for electric. So yeah 20 atleast for Arnie house. I get living in a gated community and all that, but it’s just huge just to have for 1 person. I mean there’s rooms I’d prolly never set foot in. I’d hope he has some live in’s like a chef and maid possible an assistant my guess. I legit know it’s his pad cause it matches from post of his on Instagram. And he bought that place in 2002 according to realtor dot com for almost 5m now it’s worth ball park of 23m between Zillow and realtor dot com. Oh and his house isn’t even the biggest in the lil neighborhood lol there one house I looked up that’s 30k sq ft that’s twice the size of his place. Like fuck dude just blows my mind to have a house that big. I could think of so many better things to spend my money on the huge house monthly expenses. According to the web Arnold’s net worth is 400m remember net worth doesn’t mean liquid. Part of that 400m net worth is his 23-24m dollar estate he lives in. It’s the same with my fam. They have a couple m net worth but no in liquid. I don’t think most people think about that. But that’s why you see Arnold at 75 still doing any and everything. He needs to get that money to keep that life style up.
