So I ordered randomly from this place called Pashtoon in Gurgaon and the food was delightful. I called up the owner and took his permission to record. He agreed and I reached. It’s a proper cloud Kitchen which serve all over Delhi Ncr. I asked for his specialties & they told me their Peshawari Chicken Tikka, Mutton Seekh and Tandoori Phool for started and for mains he recommended Nalli Nihari and Parat Ka Meat. He said for Parat wala meat is cooked for almost 6 hours. Pricing was on higher side. Chef seemed professional and knew his recipes well. They are open 6 days a week (Tuesday Off). They are an old cloud kitchen and being serving for many years. Their family history begun from Old Delhi and which is why they know the flavors that they need to serve.
