160 KG STAR FRUIT - Mouth Watering Carambola Pickle Making By Women -New Spice Recipe Of Tasty Achar

160 KG Star Fruits tasty pickle/achar prepared/making by village women for whole village people.
This Carambola pickle is so tasty & spice and most love by village women & kids. Fresh Carambola fruits collected from tree by 2nd team of AroundMeBD. Then women team cutting and clean and prepared tasty pickle with so much spice ingredient.
Star fruit also called in Bengali "Kamranga / Kamrakh" and most people eat raw fruits. In my village first time women prepared Carambola fruits pickle for village people. This pickle called by Bengali village "Kamrangar Achar".
Women also added so much sugar and as spice ingredient so much fried red chili.
After finish making the pickle women serve the pickle to whole village kids, men & women.
This food program was arranged & funded by AroundMeBD youtube channel. This is charity food program for village people of AroundMeBD village.

We call this fruit "daligan" the Ilocano term in the Philippines. It's a very juicy fruit and delicious to eat when fresh and ripe.

nutrients of the food is gone, over cooked food,, including adding too much sugar is not good at all, specially more children are present, what nutrients they can get.And no rice to get energy..Small children like 1 yr.old below, eating this, too much spicy food, is there nutrients that you can get....??? just saying, thanks all the best to all of you👍👍👍

You are probably right, but for the poor country, people flighting with the hunger, the cooking oil and the suger in this dish, maybe the most calories/energy came from. The spices is their curture. That may help makes the dessert/very low calories fruit taste like a meal. Still very nice many children and old people, women able to enjoy the food, it looks most likely free by some religion group’s donation.
