Your crime changes from ignoring Snail and, by extension, Arquebus to trying to kill them if you give him the rug treatment in the previous mission.

I do kind of remember it being different the first playthrough cause I gave him the business (tm) during the Carla mission.

What generator and booster are you using, how do you have all that energy?

He's got the Buerzel/21D (Max assault boost speed) booster and one of the circulating-current generators (Blue energy generators). The three with the most energy capacity are the VE-20C, VE-20B and VP-20D.
