I have been in law enforcement for over 30 years and if I had a dollar for every time a suspect said I was going to be fired or sued I could retire a rich man but I have never been disciplined or even written up. I have a Masters degree in Criminal Justice and I know and understand the law very well. No officer will ever be fired for serving a warrant. If a warrant has been issued by a judge the officer is only doing their job. Here is a hint, pay for traffic ticket or show up for court and you won't get a warrant. She caused the problem herself.

I work as a clerk at "traffic court" and you can easily get on a payment plan or request community service which will remove the warrants. From what I've seen with the Marshalls I work with they don't want you to go to jail, just pay your fines.
