This arrival walk video is to show you virtually what to expect once you arrive at London Heathrow Terminal 5 from passenger disembarkation, to passport control, baggage reclaim area, customs and exit. It alos shows the way to the airport trains station and the Heathrow express ride to London Paddington Station.
Heathrow Terminal 5 is an airport terminal at Heathrow Airport, the main airport serving London. Opened in 2008, the main building in the complex is the largest free-standing structure in the United Kingdom. Until 2012 the terminal was used solely by British Airways

For the immigration part certain countries, outside of the EU & the UK are eligible to use ePassport gates, that the United States is one of them since 2019.
