I lived in Nairobi for 5 years from 2010 to 2015 while working for United Nations. I enjoyed visiting Mombasa, Ambosaly, Aberdare National Park, Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naiwasha, Mount Kenya, Lake Bagoro and many others places. Kenya is a beautiful country with lots of astonishing places and scenarios. One thing which makes it really tough for foreigners is the crime rate, especially, in Nairobi. You have to always keep your car doors locked and windows rolled up otherwise you are extremely vulnerable to any kind of crime. I experienced an armed robbery at my place but luckily we survived without any untoward incident. No doubt, Kenya is country worth visiting and seeing its nook and cranny!
