Spent few days in Berlin before heading to my university town which is where I'll be doing my exchange for the following year! I had a lovely time showing my mum around one of my favourite cities, I'm so glad she decided to come as well and see Germany 💖 MORE INFO BELOW

Finally got around to editing my first Germany vlog from back in the beginning of September😂 Hope you guys enjoyed it! The next vlog will be where I actually move into the town I'll be studying in and another of first week of classes so stay tuned! I also studied abroad in Berlin, but I studied literature! if you can, go to krumme lanke when it gets hot in summer (it's a big lake and a stop on the U3 line) have a great year + good luck x

deutsche bank! I tried sparkasse at first because that's what everyone recommended to me on IG but it's actually way easier to get an account at deutsche bank for foreigners since they require less paperwork that may take time to receive & register for once you've arrived

som everybody under the age of 60 speaks at least basic english, older teens and people in their twenties are often fluent. Only knowing english in germany is no problem

heheh no but I really want to!! the uni german class conflicts with my courses so I'm going to try and teach myself and hopefully find language exchange or teaching buddy
