This is how I take a new infraction or limitless and build a speed car in real time no secrets,this should help anyone building an infraction or limitless for the first time and you want to know how to flip a motor mount to fit in a 800 kv 1/5 scale motor or a 4070 size long can motor without issue knowing how to do it and what you need before you start 🙏 for watching hope this help everyone in less than an hour you can have a 130 mph plus speed car or change gearing and go drag racing I show you how

EARL,,,,,great build sir,,,,,,however I would tend to shave off a little on the top brace so it’s not so tight up against the spool cover,,,,in case of impact so it doesn’t push up against the cover,,,,just my thought,,,, excellent build,,,🇺🇸👈

Did you put a nice scratch in that tp motor with the drill bit? Seems like removing that plate to drill the holes after marking them would be worthwhile. Great video thanks for sharing.

Hello Earl. Awesome videos as usual. I'm looking to build my infraction for drag and I'm thinking this setup will work perfectly. Do you have any suggestions for gearing? My friends say gear to the moon lol.

No for drag racing 6s is perfect and 29/34 seems to be around the sweet spot on 6s 🔥🔥👍👍👍

Do those 8mm drive shafts rub on the chassis braces? Specially the front on my Felony seems pretty close to shaft, great video btw!

Because it had a lot of dry lock tight on it already and they tend to strip 👍

As my driving skills get better I find I turn up the power more and more I’ve tried to use all the power at first and I crashed a lot now I use the power as my skills get better 💯💯👍👍👍👍

What transmitter and receiver do you recommend using for speed runs. Looking for something with good range that not the radio link. Either spectrum or futaba but not trying to break the bank. Also looking for a receive with a gyro in it.

What heatsink do you use got some of those fans on the way probably need heatsink also I need to mount another gamechanger fan to max6 just having trouble finding mount bracket 35mm to 40mm esc plate?

Game changer has a list of mounts that work this was from game changer or I use the factory arrma one and re drill the holes and tap them 👍👍👍

The best advise on the esc is check the weight rating on it the 6s combo with the 2200 1515 had a lot of overheating issue on the ones I built 💯💯👍👍👍👍

Bret the heat sink is sold separately but i do have them now limited supply. Go to my eBay for V1 fans www.ebay.com/itm/154102400072 Heat sink www.ebay.com/itm/154052049738 just make sure you specify which heat sink you want the chrome one or anodized blue one.

I highly recommend making sure the heatsink is the right diameter for your motor. They are not universal fit and GCRC might have the diameter you need but in my case it was not a fit. Totally my mistake but no one is mentioning this while discussing the fans.

Yes we really don’t talk heat sink because he’s he really sells fans but like I try to show I install the fans onto many style heat sinks from arrma just by drilling the holes I need for the heat sink we have I was happy to see he sent me a heat sink for his build or I would have attached it to the chassis witch sure lock Velcro witch also works great 👍 appreciate all the support everyone gives 👍👍💯💯🙏🙏🙏

@@dougk4071 I apologize for your misfortune on the heatsink if you send me a message on eBay I will try to see if I have a solution for you. I usually have all the common size motors fit the heatsinks I use. If you got the blue anodized heatsink they are modifiable but if it was the first heatsink that was free as part of a promotion then those were not able to be modified.

I have a castle creations xlx2 1100kv combo, mamba monster x8s 800kv combo and I ordered the castle creations mamba monster x8s 1717-1650 combo. I also got the pps motor mounts . One with a 25mm insert and the 30mm insert. I have never worked on a single aarma vehicle. I have about 30 Traxxas and 6 Hpi and now the 3 aarma. I’m thinking about doing the infraction with a 6s castle creations mamba monster x 1515-2200 kv , felony 8s mamba, and the limitless with the xlx2 1100kv what do you think?

I was watching your vid on squaring and leveling and noticed you have one wheel on your table mat and the other flat on the table so any leveling or camber settings you do will not be spot on

What would you recommend as a complete roller chassis if I plan to change motor and esc, my very last setup was a nitro .25 koyosho inferno st neo 2, but rather go back to electric.
