Ok, on Crater Land Skid Zone Circuit, don't fight the conveyors in the narrow section of the track. Instead, line yourself up so that you're just next to the right-side guide rails and just go straight.

I swear, those yellow and green cars that appear when youre in the top 3 are there only to screw you up,. also, I started to see my error, I tap boost a lot, even in wide portions of a track, I guess that slows you down a bit??

I played through the game 2 player with no problems. It will still be a little longer before a video is uploaded.
