Dood, this episode was so good I had to come here to comment on it. Rewatching it, it's amazing how perfect this introduction to the Flash and Barry Allen. To just randomly pop in out of nowhere with his super smart, awkward but calm and cool seeming naivete is so exactly right. He was absolutely Flash from the very first second on the screen!

Once you finish season 2, you should watch Flash and Arrow simultaneously to not mix up the crossovers.

BTW....the HOSEN/ ARROW HEAD that was shown in last episode in tunnel having coordinates to submarine was the same one which Oliver gave to Thea in S1 E1, telling since u couldn't remember that....also just FYI that HOSEN is still relevant and playing part in S7

First appearance of BA, like a lot of everyone else in the comments I’m gonna recommend that as you get to new seasons of the arrowverse you watch the close to the same time like two episodes of the arrowverse a week, but I’m also going to recommend you look up a crossover list so you don’t mess up the numbers on accident.

Tommy was Thea's half brother on his father's side. Oliver is her half brother on her mother's side. They are both half brothers. Trust me. My family is set up the same way.

This is the episode to start watching flash. I believe the Flash starts a week before this episode. Not sure though

No the Flash season 1 starts at the same time as Arrow season 3.

@@arc4859 Oh ok. That's an interesting move by them then. I mean, I could see them either introducing him a week before or a week after this episode of Arrow. Makes more sense. But they waited many weeks after this episode to do so. Just weird to me.

@@FREDDY-vu4es Usually when a character is introduced in another show, and we know that character will have his/her own show, usually the episode would have started a week before or a week after the episode that they cameo in. The cameo of Barry Allen is used to get people ( and especially media) interested in the character and once they hear that there is a show called "The Flash", the audience from Arrow will hopefully jump to that show as well. It makes logistical and economic sense for the developers of the show to do it that way. That's how it has usually been done in the past with tv shows.
