As many of y'all are into Deathstroke as the best Arrow villain, I think Simon Morrison is just better. Slade was on Mirakuru. Chase was just a psychopath, but an intelligent one. He thought ahead of Oliver and Team Arrow throughout the entire season. Personally, I think the other DC CW shows should have villains like him. He's just awesome.

Just realized if he had the pistol he could have just killed them but i know that wasn't his goal. But of he shot William Oliver would have killed him from rage than the island would have blown up than he would be lonely

I know right Ra's al Ghul trained Oliver as well as Slade shadow Shadows dad so you would think fighting Adrienne wouldn't be a problem it's not forget Ricardo Diaz my God don't even get me started on that guy there's no way Oliver should have had any issue fighting him whatsoever
