I wouldn't give it 110%, because giving a note higher than perfection would mean there is no maximum and it could still be better. Like we could give it 120%, 200% or 10 000% but stick with 110.

What Arrow needs for a better season this time round: 1. Cut the relationship whining and drama 2. More 1 on 1 fights, we don't want mindless minions and "riots" _That's why imo Season 1 was the best. No super soldier Mirakuru army, no ninja assassins army, no mindless 'Ghosts' army._ 3. Better fighting cheographs, again, we don't want another mass dance show

It's SCARY how this season improved. It's actually better than Flash at this point. Which is really weird because Flash's trailer was a hell lot better than this. But Flash kind of sucks at the moment and hasn't been playing to it's strengths at all, and Arrow's firing on all cylinders.

Marcopolo No it doesn't, but the character was wayyyy better when he was. He wasn't this pussified wimp. He made his own decisions, which were usually if not always right and understood the need to take care of the problem permanently. Now he is more like "yes dear, whatever you say dear." and there is a lot more emotional instead of rational thinking.

the only thing i liked even remotely about the last season was the flashback storyline of his time on the island. especially that cross over episode with constantine since constantine had already been cancelled beforehand but they managed to get it done anyway WITH the same actor who played him on that show. because i really liked how that guy played the role. hate that it was cancelled. hopeful for more crossover's in the future if nothing else.

You know, what's funny is that people complain about how bad this show is, but a lot of those same people are totally okay with The Flash. I'm not trying to hate on either of them, but I will say that The Flash suffers from a lot of the same issues Arrow does.

They even made Murmur into a Green Arrow villain, yet he is a Flash villain. Oh, BTW, Deathstroke is NOT a Batman villain. Yes, he has fought Batman a few times, but he is primarily a villain of the Teen Titans and Green Arrow, so Arrow didn't exactly mess up when choosing Deathstroke to be the season 2 baddie. In fact, they handled him pretty well. It's only in season 3 where he sucks.

To everyone wondering how everything is the same in Arrow but not in The Flash due to Barry going to flashpoint, I'm assuming that Barry gets back his old life at the end of / sometime during the season, so therefore everything is normal, no one else would have realised the timeline had been changed, so Barry may have changed it, was him changing it back makes it normal again. at least that's what I thought.

arrow seasons been a roller coaster for me. season 1 - good, season 2- ok, season 3 - eh, and season 4 totally bombed but only because they were to focused on relationships. can't do that with these kinds of shows. flash gets it right by balancing it. but that's just me
