SIMPOL ARROZ CALDO
It's so comforting and relaxing every time I eat arroz caldo. Kayo rin ba? Perfect sa weather! ☔️
Ingredients
Set A
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 piece red onion (minced)
½ cup ordinary rice
½ cup malagkit rice
1 teaspoon kasubha
5 cups chicken stock
½ piece chicken
Salt and pepper
Set B
2 tablespoons ginger (minced)
1 cup water
4 tablespoons fish sauce
Set C
4 cloves garlic (Fried, minced)
1 piece boiled egg
Chopped spring onion

Gustong gusto ko po yung paraan nyo ng pagluluto kc simple tlga. Wala ng paliguy liguy at madali lng lagi yung ingredients. Stay safe and healthy

Kalami! Thank you, Chef! I learned a different way of cooking it. Gusto ko din yung medyo masabaw arroz caldo ko at yung nalalasahan ko talaga ang ginger. I’m such a fan of this dish na pati saffron na manahalin( from Iran) bumibili ako kasi may distinct na lasa din sya. Team Tokwa’t Baboy po ako!
