This is a series of videos highlighting a different colour pencil brand and comparing how they work in the Johanna Basford book World of Flowers.
In this video I am using Arrtx 126 count coloured pencils.

Good Morning Jody! WOW! This Project turned out Absolutely Gorgeous. I'm impressed with the Arrtx Colored Pencils, I have the set of 72. I have only used them on Amazon Paper, which resulted with some blending to get rid of the white spots. Not a big deal. Thank You so very much for Sharing this Wonderful Video, I have Truly enjoyed seeing You and Your Coloring. 👍🏻👍🏻💜

Hi Jody and I have colored the same page in my book ( the dubble page )! I did use other pencilsets that I own ( oil-based)! Silverprint on the pencils are so hard to read so I do agree with you fully there! You have colored the page beautiful Jody and I wish you a wonderful day and weekend, take care! 👋😊👍❤🥰🤗💐

@JI Colourist I do have some color supplies, I have two colorbooks both from J. Basford. I have the 36 set of Ergosoft and another 36 set of Cretacolor Karmina as well as Brutfuner set ( 160 colors ). Those Brutfuner pencils i have are frustrating for me to use because some are smooth and others scratchy and weak in color / pigment... You get a lot of colors but they are quite close colorwise. The colors on the barrels and on the leds can be misleading, too. I can use them but I dream about the Polychromos and some more pigmented leds. That is good to hear that your pencils were well packaged, that must be from Arrtx then which shows they know how fragile pencils are. The series has been good for me to really take some time with all these sets, so glad you enjoyed it. 🫶🏻

Loved this tutorial on different pencils. I just waiting for a sale. 😊. What kind of gamsol bender pen is that one? I like the idea in a pen then bottle.❤

Hi Zinnia, you can buy an empty copic sketch marker and fill with gamsol with a pipette, which is what I do. It works awesome. Thanks for watching this series was fun and informative for me too. 🫶🏻
