The expert chefs were fluent in their work and they described while cooking Kolkata Biryani. Arsalan Restaurant has many more tasty dishes to offer from Mughlai Cuisine. Yahya bhai Hyderabad biryani ko bahot hype diya jaata hai magar mera maanna hai aap poore India ke har ek cities ke biryani khaalo, aapko pata chalega Kolkata ka biryani sabse upar hai. Infact Bengal/Kolkata ka food was the only food chosen from India in some article where I read. Delhi waalo ko biryani banaane aati nahi hai but Delhi nihari is the best in India

Completely agreed, 13 years of being here in Delhi not even a single outlet I found where I can get authentic kolkata biriyani taste , even Aminia is also here but taste is not up to the mark, being a mad biriyani lover, getting repeatedly disappointed I started making kolkata biriyani in my house with various famous kolkata biriyani shops' receipes and I am very happy now😂

@@dankhan5 if you observe the way cooking, scientifically you'll get to know. I ate Arsalan and Shadab (Hyd), i say this because the way cooking is done, i mean cooking rice along with the raw meat/ i prefer saying cooking rice by the dum of mutton soaked in spices. it is different, trust me try authentic hyd biryani in famous hotels by great chefs. you'll feel it different.

Have you ever made any Vlog by entering any restaurant as disguise....see how they are actually treating with Customer...how much quantity is being served...how much they overall charging....That will be actual review of that restaurant from the point of view of any Customer. Once I visited Delhi Karim jama masjid seeing your Vlog...OMG.... horrible experience ...by taste, by quantity, by price....any street side Biryani stall can beat them with all above.

Next time please try Biryani from any good restaurant of Matiaburuz.Once upon a time Sultan Biryani was famous there..near Kacchi Sarak.And also Dada Boudi Biryani and D Bapi Biryani at Barrackpore..Actually Barrackpore style is little different from Kolkata
