Video idea: can you make a video on Vaniqa. It's a prescription cream that stops facial hair from growing. My bestfriend used it back in 2016 and I noticed it worked because she had less hair growing in. I was always curious on how exactly it worked. ❤❤

The ordinary no longer carries the buffet product. It changed the formulation and name, and it’s now called “multi peptide and copper peptides one percent serum”. It’s a mouthful, I know. And I thought the buffet had better name recognition. Thanks for doing this deep dive into copper peptides.

Hello! I think Copper Tripeptide-1 & GHK-Cu are the same ingredient/amino acid sequence. The video phrased it like they are too different types of peptides which confused me a bit 😅

It may be ideal to aim for a copper-to-zinc ratio of approximately 1:8. This means that if you are taking 1 mg of copper, you should aim for around 8 mg of zinc. It is best to stick within the daily recommended ranges for both so that you don't interfere with the absorption of either of them. Most people can obtain sufficient copper through a balanced diet that includes foods such as nuts, seeds, whole grains, and seafood. The recommended daily intake of copper for adults is around 900 micrograms (0.9 mg).
