MC let down by their general. Keeping the same players on while Arsenal sent on half a team worth of fresh attacking players with new legs and energy, Has a predictable result, MC had the same problem as England too much time spent focused on possession and too little on scoring goals, and a defence that's very good but collapses at some point near the final whistle. Also the same problem as England ,with using brilliant players to play brilliantly. Mead in the right role when England used her for half a game. Rousso brilliant at times, and one of Arsenals best attackers in reserve for when MC got tired....Hemp did well but couldnt repeat. Park was contained. Kelly was chasing all over the place like a sheepdog in her new job. None of the early season empasis on crosses, and wingers penetrating and no successful central charges at goal.And the Bunny replacement was not to have one.... You also need to sort out your brilliant underperformers problems. You dont , bench your stars over external things like new favoured players of the moment , or contracts, and then send them out to fight with no recent practice ,or damaged confidence.. And you dont over use your most talented so they end up carrying increasing numbers of bandages or are just worn out..or break something. And you use people where they belong. A world class winger is not a centre forward. They shouldnt be doing a marathon up and down the pitch often facing the wrong way.They are sprinters and there to penetrate when needed and to service the people in the penalty area.Once you know someone can score 2 goals acting like your missing centre forward, the week before, you dont deploy them in a winger role they are not good in, and put your winger as centre forward,. And if you only have one tall player who can head crosses into the net , and they are injured ,you really need to buy someone else who can replace them if needed.

This is why I am so frustrated with Arsenal. Just like the men team. You get valuable points against the top and tough teams but you wasted losing points to the lower and bottom team like Everton, West Ham and Spurs. I can't understand. Our men's team also won against almost all the top 4-6 teams but loss points to the mid table teams like Fulham, West Ham and Newcastle. I think our mentality and focusing against the lower team instantly drop because we thought it is an easy win. All players start getting selfish especially the forwards and want to score goal for themselves rather than play as a team. But against top teams, we play as a team. More focus and did not take it lightly. Not selfish because we know it is a tough game. We need to have the same mentality no matter what teams we played. The manager should remind this every time before the game. No wonder we always have more than 20 shots on goal against the lower teams but manage to score only one or two goal and sometimes can't even score goal. Just like we played Spurs. 33 shots and can't even score one goal. But against the top teams, our conversion rate was better. It means our shots on goal are wild and no quality against lower team. Because everybody wants to take the shot and not passing to the teammate who might have a better chance to score. The forwards play for themselves. Who are the one can score more goal. In the end nobody score goal. BTW... This win is too little too late for us. If we won against Everton last week, it could be a bit interesting for the final FA WSL game even though we cannot win the title because lack of goal different from Chelsea and Man City. But we can get the same number of points with both Chelsea and Man City at the end. Now, we are giving hope to Chelsea to retain the title for 5th consecutive seasons after they loss to Liverpool last week. I hate Chelsea. I hope Man City can maintain their goal different advantage on Chelsea.

Stina scored one of those classic Pipo Inzaghi goals where the striker sneaks in behind the defender, gets the cross, and scores. That movement always leaves defenders puzzled as to how the striker got there in the first place. Keep going ladies!

アーセナルファンだけど、この試合はシティに勝って欲しかった。12チームになってからチェルシーのみが優勝という状態を打破するためには、勝利が必要だった。シティが負けて、一方チェルシーが8-0で勝ち、得失点差でシティを抜いた。これでシティが優勝するためには、最終節でアストン・ヴィラにある程度の得点差をつけて勝利することが条件になった。もちろんチェルシーが残り2試合のどちらかで負ければ優勝を手にすることはできるけど。
