We really have a special academy but rarely do we have the path for them like biereth, obi, dowman, nwanieri, skelly, walters all look very good but we cant find a way to break them through! Saka gives us so much pride so we need more players like him to burst through. Sadly we havent had it happen in a while

Biereth and Hojlund are very similar, from nationality (danish) to physical appearance (height, build, hair colour etc) to football attributes and even down to date of birth - just 4 days apart.

I always big up Mikel, but I have to say, his integration of the youth academy and loans has to be better. Players like Martin-Obi, Nwaneri and Miereth could save us a lot of money and profits, while growing the club’s reach and attraction. Look at the situations. Mikel is amazing at taking players and sending them to the top, like Ødegaard for example. He may not always be able to do it, but players with high potential like these guys could attract other players to grow at Arsenal.

I don't know if he will fight for the first-team opportunity or seek an opportunity elsewhere. If it's the latter like Folarin Balogun, Edu needs to make sure to include favorable sell-on and add-on clauses, as well as buyback clauses.

I think giving this Biereth the chance to lead our attack new season will do us more good. It's better to bring back a loanee that is doing well than take a risk of buying another striker from another league. Believe me, any striker from another league is a game of risk.

@@iykeharrison9161 To clarify, I'm quite happy to give him a shot and actually I'd love to see Martinelli at Striker as well because I think he sometimes struggles on the wings and with his finishing and movement, he could be a better striker than a winger. But I'm just saying that most fans want things both ways and that isn't possible, I'm just being realistic

If he wasn't already an Arsenal player and Arsenal was linked to him, I'm sure most Arsenal fans would be begging the club to sign him. But since he is already an Arsenal player from the academy, we disregard him. Smh

@@iykeharrison9161 Yep, I feel the same, its like most Arsenal fans only see value in signed players instead of what we have in the ranks, and I think he's something quite different to what we have, and could be very good, his technique is superb and with his back to goal, I think he is quite good, possibly the next best after Jesus in our team. I doubt he'll get the chance tho because of the opportunities on the market, I wish he does and we sign a superstar winger instead of a striker but well who knows what Mikel and Edu are planning.
