Mam in temples like sun temple modhera and odisha temples with exceptions from nagara style, can we say they are vesara style since the changed features are from Dravidian style?

NO, MODHERA TEMPLE IS FROM SOLANKI SCHOOL & ODISHA TEMPLE FROM ODISHA SCHOOL AND BOTH ARE SUB-SCHOOLS OF NAGARA STYLE
