This is my first art journal page that I've done on my handmade art journal book (link below). This is the short version, there will be a longer version with even more details (and I'll add the link here when available).
I've created this inspired by the Art 'n Soul Studio October Challenge which is called Tree of Life. For me the Tree of Life can be any tree, which is alive itself and it's also home to other things can live around it, in this case, mushrooms and snails. Search for Art 'n Soul Studio in Facebook if you want to join the group for mixed media inspiration.
I've used the stamps and stencils that I designed for PaperArtsy this June 2017 and which are available at many worldwide shops:

This is one of the most incredibly beautiful pages I've seen! I love your attention to detail, and how you used foam backing to make the tree dimensional. I also love the way you stencilled the words. The length of the video was very good - and enticing enough to make me watch the longer one. Thank you for sharing your processes!

I can't afford enough stamps, templates, powders, and materials in general... but there is the imagination creativity power to help me!!! 🤟 The result is great and look so fun to do! The inspiration is great! 👍

Thanks so much! I use all these products because I have them, but you can always start from basics, just a couple of paints, print images you want or hand draw them, colour with mediums you already have (like coloured pencils perhaps?) and go for it! You just need to have fun and get a bit messy. Happy crafting!! :)

I am just beginning my junk journal journey and am determined to use what I have and improvise. We can make amazing things without buying much at all. I made some great dyes and stains using food coloring and Easter egg dyes, and old coffee and tea and messy walnuts. I have so few stamps, so am looking for a way to make those, too.

The dollar tree, free printables online, old magazine & book pages, crayola art supplies, random tags, cards, & whatever else looks nice to you. These are all some of the ways I’ve found items to journal with. It can be intimidating watching videos like this but we cannot compare ourselves everyone is in a different place. 🤗

The medieval monks would do something like this to books. Because paper was expensive they would paint over the pages and write over them. Kinda an early day white - out. 🙂

In reflection of all the your KZfaq videos..Perfect in every way. You made me feel like I could achieve this and have fun even if I make mistakes. I wasn't left with the feeling that I needed to replay the video over and over to just try and understand the process to achieve what you were doing either. You show the products clearly and give a great discription about them and who make them. And most importantly your fair. Your give credit were credit is due. To your parents, who must be very proud and other designers all sorts of great people doing great things in there own way just like you. Don't change who you are. Or what you do..just keep making stunning, beautiful and informative videos like you are. God Bless 🤗

This is a really stunning journal page! I love every part and the colours are beautiful! The tiny seeds at the bottom look like Silver Birch seeds- they are just the right size! It is really inspiring. Thank you for sharing!
