I love this. All of it !! The page with all the flowers is stunning! Some of the pages leave me breathless because of your creativity or the quote or the colors... Whenever you're troubled or going through a difficult challenge in your life, think of all those problems as the weight on you that's pushing you further deep into the ocean. You'll only drown if you give up and stop moving and keep wasting your time but in contrast if you keep believing in your potential and have strong will power and put in the effort, you'll certainly pull yourself back to the surface. You'll only truly fail when you give up, as long as you keep moving, you're still a part of the game and can definitely win it!

I finally created my first page in my art journal today. I've been staring at the same blank gessoed page all week! I finally did a simple try at watercolor, which is also new to me. Keep this journal. In 100 years, people will wonder what it was like to live through the pandemic and your child or grandchild or niece or nephew will share this. I can feel a lot of angst and pain....you are giving voice in your journal to many things I’ve felt through this year. I tried to journal the experience but it was too painful and I wasn’t strong enough. I’m glad there are artists like you who could capture some of this experience.

Wow, this is a beautiful self-expression art journal. It’s funny how I feel my thoughts and feelings are so very strange and when you’re SO low, it feels like there’s no one else in the universe that would understand me in that moment. Honestly, some of these pages felt like it was ME that had picked your colours, the mixed media, the words, etc. I really hope you’re doing ok. 2020 was an eerily dark place for a LOT of us. I’ve been trough a lot all my life, even now I’m not in the best time of my life, and sometimes I don’t want to be spreading too much information to everybody. But thanks to this video I’ve decided to mix my two fave things, art and journaling, I’m gonna start my own art journal where I can express my feelings and do the art that I like to do. Wow. That's beautiful! That's the finest journal I have seen to date. I love the combination of collage and paint...but what I like best is that I can see/sense your innermost thoughts, questions and emotions on each space...and they dont require an explanation or interpretation. So wow...just wow. I'm just getting started on journaling. I'm already doing large scale paintings and collages, so I figured "Why not?". What YOU have done is what I can only HOPE to accomplish. Hey Berber, ik herken zoveel van wat je schrijft (je hoofd is een gevangenis / wie ben ik / de wereld). Ik werd gek van mijzelf en zit nu in een ashram waar alles op zijn plek valt. Het pad van yoga is het pad van de zelfrealisatie = naar binnen keren en ontdekken wie je bent, los van je mind. Naar binnen keren en dieper gaan dan je mind, verder dan psychologie; ontdekken dat je een monkey mind hebt dat onderhoud nodig heeft. Ik kan het echt iedereen aanraden. Na een jarenlange zoektocht ontdek ik dat er zoveel is in de oosterse filosofie en levenskunst, boah, ik wens meer mensen toe dit pad te bewandelen. Hoop dat je er iets aan hebt :)
