Then you and me are probably around the same age and people might think you’re exaggerating with Cole, Touré, Campbell and Lauren in peoples minds as the back 4 and Vieira and Gilberto in front of them and yes they were great and legends, but did we ever hold the treble winning United to 1 goal in 3 games and like 2 shots in both league games like we have with City this year? No. And as you said, we’re still improving, we haven’t had Timber all year who seemed like the perfect fit for the left back as well. Scary hours for the rest of the league ❤️🤍

Facts.. always played sweet football then gets let down by either weak defenses or weak midfield.. now everything is pretty solid a another wide option and a striker would be the cherry on top

@@freestylejet Same for me, and Bould as a rotation member. I remember I hade high hopes for the young English talent in midfield Stephen Hughes but he didn’t really kick on and when he left I never heard of him again. Anelka was our best player on the pitch the first live game (I live in Sweden) I saw in 98 I remember thinking (I might’ve been wrong) against Crystal Palace at Highbury
