Andrea Carrie “Annie” Drews (born December 25, 1993) is an American professional volleyball player for the United States women's national volleyball team. Drews was elected as the Most Valuable Player of the 2019 FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League in Nanjing, China, where USA won the gold medal and the Best Opposite of the 2019 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Cup where the U.S. finished in second place. She won gold with the national team at the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics.

With all left handed opposite players of USA such as Lowe with her height and Murphy with her experience, Drews is probably the strongest of them all. Maybe it’s the gum. Lol

SHE IS THE BEST!!! Love Annie!!! I remember her very well when she got MVP in VNL 2019. From there, she just kept winning. Now, she's the Opposite that brought USA its first ever gold. QUEEN.

It's probably about the lucrative paycheck. She had a horrible experience in Italy about delayed payments (watch her interview in USA volleyball account). She also played in Turkey (3rd overall best scorer-Google up an article in FIVB website) prior to Japan. I'm not sure why she left.
